Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me..."
Matthew 19:14
Our hope is to partner with parents and families in pointing the next generation to Jesus. Sunday mornings we attempt to do this through worship and bible teaching. Our chief aim however is to equip parents to be the primary spiritual influencers so that their children are pointed to Christ everyday.
MAKING TOMORROW'S DISCIPLE MAKERS
Sunday Mornings
We have Children's Ministry classes for birth-6th grade during the 10:30am service.
What to Expect on Sunday Morning:
Children's Ministry starts at 10:30 AM. You can arrive early to check in and look at your child’s classroom and meet the volunteers. At Check-in, we will ask you to fill out some basic information about you and your child and give them a name tag.
Our infants and toddlers are in a class together where they can play as everyone gets settled into the classroom, then they all sit down for a Bible story and snack, and then they have more play or nap time.
Our preschool through fourth graders start together in one room where we begin with worship then move on to our Bible lesson and Bible verse discussion. Then we split up into preschool/kindergarten, first/second grade, and third/fourth grade classrooms for deeper activities and learning.
Our fifth and sixth graders meet together for their Sunday school experience in their classroom then walk together with their teachers to participate in Youth worship. After worship they come back to their classroom and dig deeper into each week’s Bible story. Fifth and sixth graders are also allowed (with parent permission) to be released from class when adult services end.
After service come pick up your child and have a great week!

Our Curriculum:
Gospel Story Curriculum by: Marty Machowski
We have been using The Gospel Story Bible every Sunday to teach in Children’s Ministry. There’s a few reasons that we love this curriculum. Every single story has 3 key teaching points and 1 Bible truth. The Bible truth will point to who God is, who Jesus is, or who man is because of God. These Bible truths help connect Genesis to Revelation, showing that the Bible is really just one big story. Each story highlights how God is foreshadowing that Jesus is coming and that Jesus is following his Father’s will and that he is coming back according to the Father’s will.
We use The Gospel Story Bible because it also has a companion book of weekly family devotionals that help parents continue their mission of being the pastoring parent. Each week connects directly to what students learned on Sunday and digs deeper into the week’s story, into God’s big story, and what it means for kids in their everyday lives. What’s unique about this family devotional is that it’s not just parents quizzing their kids. It’s parents and kids sharing their thoughts, parents sharing their experiences so kids can see what it means to be a follower of Christ. And it doesn’t leave parents hanging on difficult questions. This book provides answers to questions it asks and questions that kids may ask equipping parents to be the spiritual leaders in their children’s lives.
Our hope in using The Gospel Story Bible and parents using the companion devotionals is to equip parents to truly become Pastoring Parents, leading their children to Christ, and making tomorrow’s disciple makers.
